Job summary

Staples is hiring a Warehouse Associate to support six areas, including Bulk/Material Handling Equipment Operator, Porter, Replenishment, Receiving/Putaway/Returns, Returns, and Shipping. You may rotate between roles as needed, always following safety procedures.

You will operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and related equipment, lift 70–100 pounds, and maintain a clean, safe workspace. The role offers $23/hour plus a $1 shift differential and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum three months related experience in a warehouse environment.
• Ability to pass a drug screen where legally permissible.
• Basic English language skills (verbal and written).
• Full-Time associates must be able to work additional hours beyond scheduled shift; overtime may be required.
• Ability to lift, push or pull boxes weighing 70–100 pounds by hand.
• Must wear safety shoes and be able to stand/walk 100% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, cherry pickers, turrets, or electric pallet jacks to pick product up to 100 lbs and move it within the warehouse.
• Perform warehouse Porter duties including cleaning and basic maintenance.
• Handle Warehouse Replenishment and receiving/putaway/returns with accuracy and communication.
• Assist with shipping by organizing, stacking, and shrink-wrapping customer orders.
• Move products safely and adhere to all safety procedures.
