Skechers USA Ltd. in Rancho Cucamonga, CA is hiring a Maintenance Technician II to perform intermediate maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of complex automated warehouse and distribution systems.

The role requires expertise across electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems with a focus on high-speed sortation equipment and ASRS. Pay range is $24.50 - $36.56 per hour, with a Monday–Friday 6:00am–2:30pm schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of industrial maintenance experience with automated systems.
• Intermediate knowledge of electrical systems, PLCs, motor controls, and automated material handling equipment.
• Knowledge of NFPA 70E electrical safety standards and industrial safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Identify, diagnose, and repair mechanical and electrical failures on complex automated warehouse systems.
• Troubleshoot PLCs to the Input/Output level under supervision.
• Repair motor control panels, including motor starters, overloads, relays, switches, circuit breakers, and fuses.
• Maintain and repair sensors, bar code readers, and dimensions.
• Repair pneumatic and hydraulic systems, including compressors, valves, actuators, cylinders, and related components.
• Perform fabrication work using cutting, drilling, and welding following hot work safety standards.
• Maintain and repair multiple conveyor systems and sortation systems.
• Navigate Warehouse Control Systems and HMI for diagnostics and control.
• Work with 12vdc to 600vac electrical systems following NFPA 70E standards.
• Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings for troubleshooting.
