Job summary

Skechers USA Ltd. is seeking a Maintenance Technician II for our Rancho Belago, CA facility. The role focuses on intermediate maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of complex automated warehouse systems.

You will work on electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, primarily high-speed sortation, conveyors, and ASRS, ensuring minimal downtime in a fast-paced distribution setting. Required are a high school diploma (tech cert preferred) and 3–5 years of industrial maintenance

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification preferred.
3–5 years of industrial maintenance experience with automated systems.
Knowledge of electrical systems, PLCs, motor controls, and material handling equipment; NFPA 70E safety knowledge.

Responsibilities

Identify, diagnose, and repair mechanical and electrical failures on complex automated warehouse systems.
Troubleshoot PLCs to input/output level under supervision.
Maintain and repair conveyor systems, sensors, and automated storage and retrieval components.
Read schematics and diagrams to troubleshoot and repair equipment.
Ensure work safety and proper use of PPE; complete hot work permits as required.
