Job summary

Skechers USA Ltd. is seeking a Maintenance Technician III to perform advanced troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of complex automated warehouse systems in Southern California. The role requires extensive electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic expertise, with emphasis on high-speed sortation, conveyors, and AS/RS equipment.

The position offers a pay range of $26.58–$39.23 per hour and a Fri-Sun 6am–7pm (3/12) schedule, with a hands-on test in the selection process.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification preferred.
• 5–7 years of industrial maintenance experience with automated systems.
• Advanced knowledge of electrical systems, PLCs, motor controls, and automated material handling equipment.

Responsibilities

• Identify, diagnose, and repair complex mechanical and electrical failures on industrial equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair PLCs to the input/output level, including processor fault identification.
• Service and repair motor control panels, including motor starters, relays, and fuses.
• Install and repair sensors, encoders, bar code readers, and VFDs.
• Work safely with electrical systems from 12VDC to 600VAC following NFPA 70E.
