Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in industrial/mechanical engineering or related field.
• Experience in warehouse automation and material handling technologies.
• Knowledge of warehouse management operations and Lean methods.
• Expertise with automation design tools and data visualization.

Responsibilities

• Lead automation selection and ROI justification for projects.
• Support SOW validation and vendor checks using FSD/SOW standards.
• Provide input on design options for implementation and performance.
• Review vendor options for equipment and solutions.
• Manage smaller projects and update project plans.
• Coordinate on-site implementation support and SAT testing.
• Perform data analytics to optimize systems and controls.
• Assist in tracking budget and spend with management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to pilot new technologies.
