Job summary

You will work with operations, IT and product teams to evaluate new capabilities, build ROIs and drive adoption across multiple sites. The role requires collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, strong project management and data analytics skills to achieve operational improvements and customer value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master in Industrial/Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Experience in warehouse automation, material handling, or warehouse systems integration.
• Knowledge of CAD, WMS and data visualization tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead automation technology evaluation and ROI justification for new business opportunities.
• Support automation project leads on vendor validation and SOW checks.
• Provide input on design validation to ensure performance targets and cost effectiveness.
• Coordinate procurement activities and vendor reviews for projects.
• Manage smaller projects, track milestones and post-go-live tasks.
• Analyze data to optimize warehouse performance and drive improvements.
