Job summary

RiseMe is seeking a Warehouse Automation Engineering professional to identify, pilot, and deploy new automation technologies across warehouse operations. You will work with operations, IT, product teams, and stakeholders to validate concepts, develop ROI, and drive implementation with vendors and internal teams.

The role involves collaborating across regions, managing small projects, and contributing to continuous improvement efforts in automation and analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Master's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering preferred.
• 3+ years in warehouse automation, material handling technologies, industrial engineering or warehouse systems integration.
• 2+ years in warehouse automation experience.
• Experience with sortation conveyors, goods-to-person, autonomous vehicles/robots, ASRS preferred.
• Automation, Management Consulting, Physical & Process Robotic experience.
• Knowledge of Warehouse Management operations, data analytics, Lean methods.
• Knowledge of material handling equipment and automation types.

Responsibilities

• Lead automation technology selection and validation on new business projects.
• Support SOW validation using FSD Checklist.
• Provide input on design validation to ensure implementation and performance.
• Assist procurement and vendor reviews for automation options.
• Some project management of smaller projects and tracking milestones.
• Attend implementation status calls and ensure optimal on-site support.
• Profile data from dashboards to support system optimization.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to evaluate pilots and deployments.
