Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Master's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years in warehouse automation, material handling technologies, industrial engineering or warehouse systems integration.
• 2+ years in demonstrated warehouse automation experience.
• Experience with sortation conveyors, goods-to-person, autonomous vehicles/robots, ASRSs.
• Automation, management consulting, physical & process robotics experience.
• Knowledge of Warehouse Management operations, data analytics, Lean methods.
• Knowledge of material handling equipment and automation types; CAD, slotting, visualization tools a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead automation selection and validation on new business projects by identifying technologies and building ROI justifications.
• Support SOW validation and identify gaps using FSD Checklist processes.
• Provide design input to ensure operational performance and value optimization.
• Lead automation procurement support, vendor reviews, and quotes.
• Manage smaller implementation projects and track milestones.
• Support on-site implementation, SAT testing, and post-go-live punch lists.
• Profile data from dashboards to support optimization projects.
• Assist in SAT/testing plans and punch list tracking.
• Review team strategy with manager and monitor budgets.
• Collaborate with vendors to resolvePriority 1-5 incidents.
