The role collaborates with operations, IT, design and stakeholders to demonstrate value and feasibility of new solutions, driving efficiency and growth across regions and functions. The position requires leading automation design input, ROI justification, project management, and close vendor coordination, with on-site deployment and SAT
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related field of study.
- Master's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related field of study.
Responsibilities
- Lead minor RFP projects and support lead engineer on major RFP projects by identifying automation technologies.
- Develop ROI and justification based upon multiple criteria to select optimal solution design.
- Coordinate implementation activities and provide on-site support for warehouse automation projects.
- Track milestones and manage project plans for automation initiatives.
- Coordinate vendor reviews, SAT testing plans and on-going performance validation.
