Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Automation Engineer to identify, pilot, and deploy advanced warehouse automation technologies across multiple sites.

You will collaborate with operations, IT, and solution design teams to demonstrate value and feasibility, while driving continuous improvement and operational excellence. The role requires experience in warehouse automation, project management, and data analytics, with strong communication and leadership skills to influence stakeholders

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Master's Degree preferred.
• 3+ years in warehouse automation or related fields.
• Experience with automation components and systems is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead automation selection and validation for new business projects.
• Develop ROI and justification to support solution designs.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to deploy automation.
• Track milestones and manage project implementation.
