Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in Industrial/Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Master's degree preferred for advanced roles.
• 3+ years in warehouse automation, material handling, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Lead automation technology evaluation and ROI analysis for new business opportunities.
• Validate vendor FSD/SOW, supporting scope and design reviews.
• Contribute to design validation, cost optimization, and SLA alignment.
• Support procurement activities, vendor reviews, and RFP processes.
• Perform project management for smaller projects and track milestones.
• Coordinate on-site implementation support and SAT testing.
• Analyze data from dashboards to support optimization efforts.
• Assist in establishing strategies and measuring performance.
