Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Master's Degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering or related field preferred
- 3+ years in warehouse automation or related fields
- Experience with warehouse automation tools and systems (e.g., conveyors, AS/RS, goods-to-person) preferred
Responsibilities
- Lead automation selection and ROI justification for new business projects
- Assist in SOW/FSD validation and gap analysis
- Review design options for clearance, power, cost-effectiveness, and SLA targets
- Support automation procurement and vendor reviews
- Manage smaller implementation projects and track milestones
- Coordinate SAT testing and post-go-live punch lists
- Analyze data to optimize warehouse systems and performance
