Vallen is hiring a Warehouse Associate in Houston, TX. You will receive, stock, and dispatch goods in a distribution center, following established procedures and safety guidelines. The role emphasizes accuracy, safety, and teamwork to support efficient operations.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent and basic computer skills. Experience with forklift or cherry picker is a plus; extensive training is provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 1 year of relevant experience and/or training.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, work orders, and procedures.
• Basic computer knowledge and aptitude to learn; MS-Office familiarity.
• Forklift/cherry picker experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receives, handles, stocks and stores goods in a warehouse or distribution center.
• Processes shipments, loads orders and ensures accurate quantities.
• Unloads and inspects incoming goods for damage and discrepancies.
• Picks, packs and dispatches outgoing goods following work orders.
• Operates warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) as needed.
• Maintains stock records and adheres to safety regulations.
