Job summary

OnTrac is hiring for a part-time seasonal role in Lockbourne, OH. Earn $18.00/hour with a $1.00 weekend shift differential and weekly pay. Training is provided; no prior warehouse experience is required.

The season runs roughly from late October to early January, with opportunities beyond the season depending on business needs. Responsibilities include unloading, sorting, and moving packages up to 50 pounds, standing or walking for long periods, and maintaining a safe, organized workspace.

Qualifications

• Dependable and available for scheduled shifts, including weekends/holidays.

• Participate in team lifts for packages up to 50 pounds.

• Work in variable warehouse temperatures and keep workspace organized.

Location: 1260 London-Groveport Road Lockbourne, OH 43137

Pay: $18.00/hr plus $1.00 shift differential for Friday, Saturday, Sunday.

This role is eligible for overtime pay consistent with applicable law.

Employment Type: Part-Time

Shift: Monday - Friday, 7:30 am - 12:30 pm or End of Sort

Season Duration*: 10/27/2026 to 01/01/2026

THE JOB: YOUR PAID WORKOUT

• Safely unload, sort, move, and load packages weighing up to 30-50 pounds independently throughout your shift
• Participate in team lifts for packages weighing up to 50 pounds
• Stand and/or walk for extended periods during your scheduled shift
• Frequently bend, twist, reach, push, pull, and squat while handling packages
• Work in hot or cold environments as temperature control capabilities may be limited in the warehouse environment
• Keep your workspace organized and ready for action
• Help packages reach their next destination safely and on time

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

• Be at least 18 years old
• Be authorized to work in the United States
• Be dependable and available for your scheduled shift, including weekends or holidays when needed
• Be able to meet applicable pre-employment requirements, including a background check where permitted by law
• Ability to perform the following tasks, with or without reasonable accommodation:
• Repeatedly lift packages as described above
• Stand, walk, bend, lift, reach, and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Work in varying warehouse temperatures.
• Work scheduled shifts, including overtime when business needs require.
• No previous warehouse experience required. We'll provide the training you need to succeed.
