Job summary

OnTrac is hiring for a full-time seasonal warehouse position in Lockbourne, OH. You’ll earn $18.00 per hour with a $1.00 shift differential on Fri–Sun, and weekly pay with a seasonal bonus. Shifts run Sunday–Wednesday or Thursday–Saturday, 12:30 pm–11:00 pm, with overtime as needed.

No experience is required; OnTrac provides training and opportunities to gain valuable warehouse skills. Expect physical work, occasional temperature variations, and teamwork to move packages efficiently.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Dependable and available for scheduled shifts, including weekends or holidays when needed.
• Able to meet pre-employment requirements, including a background check where permitted by law.
• Ability to repeatedly lift packages and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift.

Responsibilities

• Safely unload, sort, move, and load packages weighing up to 30–50 pounds independently.
• Participate in team lifts for packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Stand and/or walk for extended periods during your shift.
• Frequently bend, twist, reach, push, pull, and squat while handling packages.
• Work in hot or cold environments as temperature control capabilities may be limited in the warehouse environment.
• Keep workspace organized and ready for action.
• Help packages reach their next destination safely and on time.

Earn a $1,000 Seasonal Bonus!*

Location: 1260 London-Groveport Road Lockbourne, OH 43137

Pay: $18.00/hr plus $1.00 shift differential for Friday, Saturday, Sunday.

This role is eligible for overtime pay consistent with applicable law.

Employment Type: Full-Time

Shift:

Sunday - Wednesday, 12:30 pm - 11:00pm or End of Sort
Thursday - Saturday, 12:30 pm - 11:00pm or End of Sort

Season Duration*: 10/27/2026 to 01/01/2026

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

• Ability to perform the following tasks, with or without reasonable accommodation:
• Repeatedly lift packages as described above
• Stand, walk, bend, lift, reach, and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Work in varying warehouse temperatures.
• Work scheduled shifts, including overtime when business needs require.
• No previous warehouse experience required. We’ll provide the training you need to succeed.
