OnTrac is hiring for a seasonal warehouse roles in Orlando. You will unload, sort, move, and load packages up to 50 pounds, with weekend shifts and the chance to gain hands-on logistics experience.

The position offers weekly pay, a seasonal bonus, and flexible shift options during a 11/7/2026–1/1/2027 period. Training is provided; no prior warehouse experience is required.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Be dependable and available for scheduled shifts, including weekends or holidays.
• Able to pass pre-employment requirements including a background check.
• Ability to repeatedly lift packages and perform repeated physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Participate in team lifts for heavier packages.
• Stand or walk for extended periods during shift.
• Maintain an organized workspace and assist packages to their destinations.

THE QUICK FACTS

Location: 2559 Consulate Drive, Orlando, FL 32819

Pay: $16 (Shift differential rate of $1.00 per hour for all time worked on Friday, Saturday and Sunday)

Full/Part-Time: (around 24-32 hours weekly)

Monday to Thursday, 4:00PM to 12:00AM or End of Sort
Friday to Sunday, 4:00PM to 12:00AM or End of Sort

Hours may vary based on business needs. “End of Sort” is defined as the completion of all required sort work for the day and clean-up activities, as directed by site management.

THE JOB: YOUR PAID WORKOUT

• Safely unload, sort, move, and load packages weighing up to 30–50 pounds independently throughout your shift
• Participate in team lifts for packages weighing up to 50 pounds
• Stand and/or walk for extended periods during your scheduled shift
• Frequently bend, twist, reach, push, pull, and squat while handling packages
• Work in hot or cold environments as temperature control capabilities may be limited in the warehouse environment
• Keep your workspace organized and ready for action
• Help packages reach their next destination safely and on time

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

• Be at least 18 years old
• Be authorized to work in the United States
• Be dependable and available for your scheduled shift, including weekends or holidays when needed
• Be able to meet applicable pre-employment requirements, including a background check where permitted by law
• Ability to perform the following tasks, with or without reasonable accommodation:
• Repeatedly lift packages as described above
• Stand, walk, bend, lift, reach, and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Work in varying warehouse temperatures.
• Work scheduled shifts, including overtime when business needs require.
• No previous warehouse experience required. We’ll provide the training you need to succeed.
