Job summary

OnTrac is hiring a Seasonal Package Handler in Phoenix to help move thousands of packages during the holiday season. The role runs 1:00pm–9:00pm, Monday–Friday, with overtime when needed. You will earn a $19.00/hour base pay plus a $1.00/hour weekend differential and a $500 seasonal bonus where applicable.

This is a hands-on, active position with training provided. Weekly pay is offered, and the season runs from late October through early January.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Dependable and available for scheduled shifts, including weekends or holidays.
• Able to complete pre-employment requirements, including a background check where permitted by law.
• Able to work scheduled shifts, including overtime when needed.

Responsibilities

• Unload, sort, move and load packages weighing up to 30–50 pounds.
• Participate in team lifts for packages up to 50 pounds.
• Keep packages organized and moving safely and efficiently.
• Maintain an organized work area and be ready for action.
• Work as part of a team to ensure on-time delivery to the next destination.

What You’ll Need

To join our team, you’ll need to:

• Be at least 18 years old

• Be able to work scheduled shifts, including overtime when business needs require

Physical Requirements

This is an active warehouse role. With or without reasonable accommodation, you must be able to:

• Repeatedly lift packages as described above
• Stand and/or walk for extended periods during your scheduled shift
• Frequently bend, twist, reach, push, pull and squat while handling packages
• Perform repetitive physical tasks throughout your shift
• Work in hot or cold environments, as temperature control capabilities may be limited in the warehouse environment

Premium Holiday Pay

• Premium pay for hours worked on New Year’s Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day
