OnTrac in Smyrna, GA is hiring a Seasonal Package Handler to support our holiday operations. Earn $16.50 per hour with weekly pay and overtime eligibility. The season runs 11/02/2026 to 01/01/2027, with a 4:00 PM start time, Monday through Friday, approx.

six hours per shift. You will unload, sort and move packages weighing 30–50 pounds with team lifts, keep areas organized, and help ensure on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Be dependable and available for scheduled shifts, including weekends or holidays when needed.
• Meet pre-employment requirements, including a background check where permitted by law.
• Be able to work scheduled shifts, including overtime when business needs require.

Pay: $16.50/hr

This role is eligible for overtime pay consistent with applicable law.

What You’ll Need

To join our team, you’ll need to:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Be authorized to work in the United States
• Be dependable and available for your scheduled shift, including weekends or holidays when needed

• Be able to work scheduled shifts, including overtime when business needs require

Physical Requirements

This is an active warehouse role. With or without reasonable accommodation, you must be able to:

• Repeatedly lift packages as described above
• Stand and/or walk for extended periods during your scheduled shift
• Frequently bend, twist, reach, push, pull and squat while handling packages
• Perform repetitive physical tasks throughout your shift
• Work in hot or cold environments, as temperature control capabilities may be limited in the warehouse environment

Premium Holiday Pay

• Premium pay for hours worked on New Year’s Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day
