Job summary

OnTrac in Fort Mill, SC is hiring a Seasonal Package Handler. This entry-level role offers weekly pay, a seasonal bonus potential, and quick hiring with a Monday–Friday shift from 9:00 AM, typically 7 hours per day. The season runs from early November to early January, with overtime possible as needed.

Earn $18.00 per hour with a $1.00 shift differential on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. No prior warehouse experience is required; training is provided to get you started and keep holiday packets

• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Dependable and available for your scheduled shift, including weekends or holidays when needed.
• Meet applicable pre-employment requirements, including a background check where permitted by law.
• Be able to work scheduled shifts, including overtime when business needs require.

Responsibilities

• Safely unload, sort, move and load packages weighing up to 30–50 pounds independently.
• Participate in team lifts for packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Keep packages organized and moving safely and efficiently.
• Keep your work area organized and ready for action.
• Work as part of a team to help packages reach their next destination safely and on time.

Pay: $18.00/hr plus $1.00 shift differential for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday

This role is eligible for overtime pay consistent with applicable law.

Typical Shift Length: Approximately 7 hours
End times may vary based on package volume and business needs.

What You’ll Need

To join our team, you’ll need to:

Physical Requirements

This is an active warehouse role. With or without reasonable accommodation, you must be able to:

• Repeatedly lift packages as described above
• Stand and/or walk for extended periods during your scheduled shift
• Frequently bend, twist, reach, push, pull and squat while handling packages
• Perform repetitive physical tasks throughout your shift
• Work in hot or cold environments, as temperature control capabilities may be limited in the warehouse environment

Premium Holiday Pay

• Premium pay for hours worked on New Year’s Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day
