Job summary

OnTrac is hiring for seasonal part-time Package Handler roles at our Antioch, TN location. Pay is $20.00 per hour with overtime eligibility and a season duration from late October to early January. Shifts run Sunday–Thursday, Tuesday–Saturday, or Friday–Monday with early start times and around 4.5 hours per shift.

Weekly pay is offered, with a quick hiring process and a seasonal bonus in some locations. Training is provided; no prior warehouse experience is required.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Dependable and available for scheduled shifts, including weekends/holidays.
• Be able to work scheduled shifts, including overtime when needed.
• Meet pre-employment requirements, including a background check where permitted by law.

Responsibilities

• Safely unload, sort, move and load packages weighing up to 30–50 pounds independently.
• Participate in team lifts for packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Keep packages organized and moving safely and efficiently.
• Keep your work area organized and ready for action.
• Work as part of a team to help packages reach their next destination safely and on time.

Location: 3872 Logistics Way, Bldg. 3 Ste 301, Antioch, TN 37013

Pay: $20.00

This role is eligible for overtime pay consistent with applicable law.

Employment Type: Seasonal Part-Time

Shifts: Sunday–Thursday , Tuesday - Saturday, or Friday - Monday | 1AM start 5:30AM finish

Typical Shift Length: Approximately 4.5 hours

End times may vary based on package volume and business needs.

Season Duration*: 10/27/26 to 01/01/27

What You’ll Need

• Be at least 18 years old
• Be authorized to work in the United States
• Be dependable and available for your scheduled shift, including weekends or holidays when needed

• Be able to work scheduled shifts, including overtime when business needs require

Physical Requirements

• Repeatedly lift packages as described above
• Stand and/or walk for extended periods during your scheduled shift
• Frequently bend, twist, reach, push, pull and squat while handling packages
• Perform repetitive physical tasks throughout your shift
• Work in hot or cold environments, as temperature control capabilities may be limited in the warehouse environment

Premium Holiday Pay

• Premium pay for hours worked on New Year’s Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day
