Job summary

TBC Corporation is hiring for a full-time DC Associate to support operations in a distribution center. You will perform welfare and accuracy-driven activities to fulfill customer orders and receive replenishment products using RF scanning technology.

In a collaborative environment, you will develop product knowledge, operate material handling equipment, and contribute to efficient warehouse processes. The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and teamwork in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Experience with RF scanners preferred.
• Safety-first mentality and adherence to safety protocols.
• Prior material handling equipment experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repetitively and more occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Operate MHE (Material Handling Equipment) safely and efficiently.
• Develop product knowledge within the distribution center.
• Unload and put-away product using RF technology.
• Inspect inbound for shortages and overages.
• Pick, stage, and load products for delivery.
• Maintain organized warehouse and assist in operations optimization.
• Participate in cycle counts and physical inventory as required.
• Keep work area clean and support OSHA/compliance tasks.
