TBC Corporation is hiring for a Warehouse Associate to perform distribution center duties in a fast-paced environment. The role focuses on accurate fulfillment of customer orders, receiving replenishment stock, and maintaining warehouse organization.

Ideal candidates will have RF scanner experience, prior MHE exposure, and a safety-first mindset. Must be 18+ with a valid driver's license. This full-time position includes benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• RF scanners preferred.
• Safety 1st mentality.
• Prior material handling equipment experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs repetitively and occasionally more.
• Pre-employment screenings may apply.

Responsibilities

• Operate various MHE (Material Handling Equipment) in a safe and efficient manner.
• Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of products.
• Unload and put-away product utilizing RF technology.
• Inspect inbound for overages and shortages.
• Pick and stage product.
• Load truck(s).
• Maintain organization of product in the warehouse.
• Assist center to optimize operations and customer service.
• Participate in cycle count or physical inventory process as required.
• Maintain a clean work area and assist in sanitation of the DC.
• Complete MHE reports as required by policy and OSHA regulations.
• Perform other tasks as defined by Supervisor or Center Manager.
• Abide by all Federal, State, and Local laws.
