Job summary

TBC Corporation is seeking a Warehouse Associate to operate material handling equipment and RF scanners to efficiently fulfill customer orders in our distribution center. The role emphasizes accurate receiving, put-away, picking, and loading processes, with a focus on safety and productivity.

Ideal candidates are 18+ with RF experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly. This is a full-time, on-site position supporting ongoing distribution operations.

Qualifications

• Experience with RF scanners preferred.
• Safety 1st mentality required.
• Prior material handling equipment experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid drivers license.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs repetitively while bending and twisting; may lift more than 50lbs occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Operate various MHE (Material Handling Equipment) in a safe and efficient manner.
• Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of products.
• Unload and put-away product utilizing RF technology.
• Inspect inbound for overages and shortages.
• Pick and stage product.
• Load trucks.
• Maintain organization of product in the warehouse.
• Assist center to optimize operations and customer service to achieve business plan and DC profitability.
• Participate in cycle count or physical inventory process as required.
• Maintain a clean work area and assist in sanitation of the DC.
• Complete MHE reports as required by policy and OSHA regulations.
• Perform other tasks as defined by Supervisor or Center Manager.
• Abide by all laws.
• Other duties as assigned.
