Job summary

TBC Corporation is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our Distribution Center team in Durham, NC. The role focuses on accurate fulfillment, safe handling of goods, and efficient receipt of replenishment products in a fast-paced environment.

You will operate various MHE devices, use RF technology for picking and receiving, and help maintain organization to support DC profitability. This role requires physical stamina and adherence to safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience with RF scanners preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repetitively and occasionally more than 50 lbs.
• Employment contingent upon pre-employment screenings.

Responsibilities

• Operate MHE (Material Handling Equipment) safely and efficiently.
• Develop and maintain product knowledge.
• Unload and put-away product using RF technology.
• Inspect inbound for overages and shortages.
• Pick and stage product; load trucks.
• Maintain organization of product in the warehouse.
• Assist center to optimize operations and customer service for DC profitability.
• Participate in cycle counts or physical inventory as required.
• Maintain a clean work area and support sanitation of the DC.
• Complete MHE reports per policy and OSHA regulations.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by Supervisor or Center Manager.
