Job summary

TBC Corporation is seeking a Distribution Center Associate to perform warehouse operations ensuring accurate fulfillment of customer orders and timely receipt of replenishment goods. You will operate MHE safely, unload and put away inventory using RF devices, and maintain organization within the DC Responsibilities include cycle counts, loading, and supporting customer service to meet profitability goals.

Qualifications

• Forklift certification preferred.
• RF scanners experience preferred.
• Safety‑first mentality is required.
• Prior distribution center experience preferred.
• Prior material handling equipment experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repetitively; may lift more occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Operate MHE safely and efficiently.
• Develop and maintain product knowledge.
• Unload and put‑away product using RF technology.
• Inspect inbound for overages/shortages.
• Pick and stage product; load trucks.
• Maintain warehouse organization.
• Support operations to meet business plan and DC profitability.
• Participate in cycle counts or physical inventory as required.
• Keep work area clean and assist sanitation of the DC.
• Complete MHE reports per policy and OSHA regulations.
• Perform other tasks as assigned or required.
