Job summary

TBC Corporation is seeking a Distribution Center Associate to support warehouse fulfillment and inbound/outbound activities. You will operate MHE safely, unload and put away products, and maintain organized stock to help meet the distribution center’s goals.

Responsibilities include picking, staging, loading, cycle counts, and ensuring compliance with safety and OSHA guidelines. Starting pay is $19.00–$21.00 per hour depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Forklift certification preferred.
• Experience with RF scanners preferred.
• Safety‑first mentality required.
• Prior distribution center experience preferred.
• Prior material handling equipment experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Employment contingent on pre-employment screenings.

Responsibilities

• Operate various MHE (Material Handling Equipment) in a safe and efficient manner.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of products.
• Unload and put-away product using RF technology.
• Inspect inbound for variances (OSD).
• Pick and stage product.
• Load trucks.
• Maintain organization of warehouse products.
