Job summary

TBC Corporation is seeking a warehouse associate to join our Distribution Center team in a full-time role. The position involves operating MHE safely, processing orders accurately, and assisting with inbound and outbound logistics in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with RF scanners preferred.
• Safety 1st mentality.
• Prior material handling equipment experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Operate various MHE (Material Handling Equipment) in a safe and efficient manner.
• Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of products.
• Unload and put-away product utilizing RF (radio frequency) technology.
• Inspect inbound for OSD (overages and shortages).
• Pick and stage product.
• Load truck(s).
• Maintain organization of product in the warehouse.
• Assist center to optimize operations and customer service to achieve business plan and DC profitability.
• Participate in cycle count or physical inventory process as required.
• Maintain a clean work area and assist in the overall sanitation of the DC.
• Complete MHE reports as required by company policy and OSHA regulations.
• Perform any other tasks as defined by Supervisor or Center Manager
• Abide by all Federal, State, and Local laws
• Other duties as assigned or requested
