Job summary

TBC Corporation is hiring for a full-time Distribution Center Associate in the Cincinnati area. The role involves performing warehouse duties to ensure accurate and efficient fulfillment of customer orders and timely receipt of replenishment product using RF scanning and MHE equipment.

Qualifications include experience with RF scanners, a safety-first mindset, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.

Responsibilities

• Operate various MHE (Material Handling Equipment) in a safe and efficient manner.
• Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of products.
• Unload and put-away product utilizing RF (radio frequency) technology.
• Inspect inbound for OSD (overages and shortages).
• Pick and stage product.
• Load truck(s).
• Maintain organization of product in the warehouse.
• Assist center to optimize operations and customer service to achieve business plan and DC profitability.
• Participate in cycle count or physical inventory process as required.
• Maintain a clean work area and assist in the overall sanitation of the DC.
• Complete MHE reports as required by company policy and OSHA regulations.
• Perform any other tasks as defined by Supervisor or Center Manager.
