Job summary

Cardinal Health is hiring for a Warehouse Associate II. You will support warehouse operations, fulfilling, packing and shipping orders with attention to quality and safety.

The role involves standing for long periods, lifting up to 30 pounds, and possibly working at heights on equipment. Schedule includes overnight shifts Sunday to Thursday with overtime as needed; pay is $20.50 per hour, including a shift differential.

Responsibilities

• Follow established process to fulfill orders, including picking, quality checks, packing and preparing for shipment.
• Cross-training in multiple warehouse areas and supporting projects as needed.
• Perform housekeeping and inventory control to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Previous warehouse experience and comfort at heights up to 30 feet on power equipment preferred but not required.
• Follow directions and adapt to changing priorities.

Job Overview

Warehouse Operations contributes to Cardinal Health. Warehouse Operations is responsible for performing a combination of manual or automated tasks necessary for the receipt, storage, and shipment of product. This may include receiving product, fulfilling, packaging, and shipping orders within established team goals to ensure on time order delivery.

Qualifications

We are open to candidates with little to no warehouse experience. If you are comfortable working in a fast‑paced, goal‑oriented environment you could be a great fit for our team. All training is provided starting your first day!
