Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a Warehouse Associate II with a flexible Friday-evening shift. The role offers an 8-29 hour weekly schedule with additional shifts available and one mandatory shift scheduled in advance.

Anticipated hourly range is $20.60–$21.20, with no bonus eligibility and PTO benefits in accordance with law. The position requires lifting up to 50 pounds and comfort with heights up to 30 ft, with on‑site work in Memphis.

Qualifications

• Little to no warehouse experience required.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
• All training provided starting day one.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Comfort with heights up to 30 ft.
• Ability to follow directions and adapt to priorities.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with technologies, like computers or POS systems, a plus.

Responsibilities

• Follow established process to fulfill orders, including picking products, quality checks, packing, and preparing for shipment.
• Cross-training in multiple areas of the warehouse and participating in projects as needed.
• Perform housekeeping and inventory control tasks and maintain a clean, safe environment.
• Will be trained and certified to drive material handling equipment as required.
• Operate equipment such as cherry pickers, forklifts, reach trucks, turret trucks, pallet jacks, and walkie riders.

Cardinal Health - Warehouse Associate II Flex Schedule: Fridays 3:00pm- 11:30pm or until finish (Remainder of the work week you can get as many or as few hours as you prefer. You choose based on available shifts. 8-29hrs weekly) Candidate will be required to work one mandatory shift per week that is scheduled in advance by the business (recruiter may input required day by site if applicable). Any additional shifts may be selected by candidate (e.g., candidate will have a mandatory shift every Monday from 8:00am - 4:30pm(UTC) and candidate may determine whether to select any additional available shifts).
