Job summary

Cardinal Health is hiring a Warehouse Associate for a Sunday-Thursday night shift in the Denver area facility. You will handle receiving, picking, packing, and shipping, while ensuring safety and quality in a fast-paced environment.

The role supports efficient product flow from receipt to shipment, collaborating with team leads to meet service goals. Cardinal Health offers competitive benefits and a comprehensive PTO program.

Qualifications

• Lift up to 50 pounds and work at heights 20–30 ft.
• Able to bend, reach, stoop and stand for the full shift.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with computers or POS systems is a plus.
• Experience operating PIT preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs to process orders including picking, quality checks, sorting, consolidating freight, building and wrapping pallets, packing, loading and preparing orders for shipment.
• Cross-train in multiple warehouse areas and participate in projects as assigned by management.
• Perform housekeeping and inventory control, maintaining a clean work environment and complying with Environmental Health and Safety requirements.

Schedule:

Sunday-Thursday: 6:30 p.m.– 3:00 a.m. or until task complete

Pay:

Pay rate: $23.55 per hour (includes shift differential)

What Warehouse Operations contributes to Cardinal Health Warehouse Operations

Warehouse Operations is responsible for performing/controlling a combination of manual or automated tasks necessary for the receipt, storage, and shipment of product. This may include functions of receiving, picking, packing, shipping, staging, transporting, storage, delivery, etc. Also responsible for the efficient flow of products from the point of product receipt from vendors to the shipment of products (via prescribed service parameters) to a variety of internal and external customers.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Comfort working with heights 20-30 ft regularly
• Ability to bend, reach, stoop, lift and stand for entire shift
• Ability to follow direction and change priorities
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Experience working with technologies, like computers or point of sale systems, a plus
• Experience operating PIT preferred

Responsibilities

• Follow established Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) to process orders including accurately picking, performing quality control checks, sorting, consolidating freight, building and wrapping pallets, packing, loading and preparing the orders for shipment.
• Responsible for cross‑training in multiple areas of the warehouse and/or participates in projects as assigned by your manager or other management team member.
• Perform housekeeping and inventory control tasks, maintaining a clean work environment including complying with all Environmental Health and Safety requirements.
