The core shift is Monday 8:00am–4:30pm with 8–29 total hours weekly; additional shifts may be chosen. This role offers paid time off and ends January 22, 2027. Anticipated pay is adjusted by location and internal equity.

Warehouse Associate II (Seasonal Flex)

Cardinal Health - Warehouse Associate II (Seasonal Flex) Flex Schedule: Mondays 8:00am- 4:30pm or until finish (Remainder of the work week you can get as many or as few hours as you prefer. You choose based on available shifts. 8-29hrs weekly) This role operates on a flexible schedule based on business volume. Flex workers are mainly used to support high-volume days, planned PTO coverage and high call-off periods. Available shifts may vary by location and week. Candidate will be required to work one mandatory shift per week that is scheduled in advance by the business (recruiter may input required day by site if applicable). Any additional shifts may be selected by candidate (e.g., candidate will have a mandatory shift every Monday from 8:00am - 4:30pm(UTC) and candidate may determine whether to select any additional available shifts).

Anticipated End Date: January 22nd 2027

Anticipated hourly rate: $19.00 per hour based on experience (includes shift differential)

The hourly range listed is an estimate. Pay at Cardinal Health is determined by multiple factors including, but not limited to, a candidate’s geographical location, relevant education, experience and skills and an evaluation of internal pay equity.

Responsibilities

What Warehouse Operations contributes to Cardinal Health Warehouse Operations is responsible for performing a combination of manual or automated tasks necessary for the receipt, storage, and shipment of product. This may include receiving product, fulfilling, packaging, and shipping orders within established team goals to ensure on time order delivery.

Follow established process to fulfill orders. This includes accurately picking products, performing quality control checks, packing products, and preparing orders for shipment. Cross-training in multiple areas of the warehouse and participating in projects as needed. Perform housekeeping and inventory control tasks and maintain a clean and safe work environment. Willingness to train and be certified to drive material handling equipment as required by job duty.
