Job summary

TBC Corporation is seeking a full-time DC Associate to perform warehouse operations at our distribution center in Greer, SC. You will handle RF scanning, receive and pick orders, unload and put away stock, and help maintain safety and organization in the warehouse.

The role requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, operate MHE equipment, and pass pre-employment screenings. Prior experience with RF scanners is preferred, and a valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• Experience with RF scanners preferred.
• Safety‑minded attitude and adherence to safety protocols.
• Prior experience with material handling equipment (MHE) preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repetitively and occasionally more than 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Operate RF scanners and various MHE in a safe and efficient manner.
• Unload, put away, pick, and stage product to fulfill orders.
• Maintain organization of products in the warehouse and assist with cycle counts.
• Support operations to optimize efficiency and customer service.
• Adhere to all applicable laws, policies, and safety regulations.
