Job summary

TBC Corporation is hiring for a full-time Distribution Center Associate in Greer, SC. You will operate MHE safely, use RF scanners, pick/pack orders, unload and load trucks, and maintain a clean, efficient warehouse.

The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and teamwork in a high-volume distribution center environment. Forklift RF experience is preferred and a valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Safety-first mentality and compliance with workplace rules.
• Experience operating RF scanners preferred.
• Prior distribution center experience preferred.
• Prior material handling equipment experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older and possess a valid driver’s license.
• Employment contingent on pre-employment screenings.

Responsibilities

• Operate various MHE (Material Handling Equipment) safely and efficiently.
• Develop product knowledge to handle items correctly.
• Unload, put-away, pick, and stage products; load trucks.
• Maintain warehouse organization and assist operations to meet business goals.
• Participate in cycle counts and ensure safety and sanitation standards.
