Job summary

TBC Corporation is hiring for a Distribution Center position in our warehouse. The role involves operating material handling equipment safely, unloading and putting away inventory, picking and staging products, and loading trucks to support efficient order fulfillment.

Candidates should have DC experience or related logistics exposure, be able to lift heavy items, and possess a valid driver’s license. This is an on-site role at our Montgomery County DC with strong safety expectations.

Qualifications

• Forklift certification preferred.
• Experience with RF scanners preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Operate various MHE (Material Handling Equipment) in a safe and efficient manner.
• Unload and put-away product utilizing RF scanners.
• Pick and stage product and load trucks.
• Maintain organization of product in the warehouse.
• Assist center to optimize operations and customer service to achieve business plan and DC profitability.
• Participate in cycle count or physical inventory processes as required.
