Job summary

TBC Corporation is seeking a full-time Warehouse Associate to join our distribution center team. You will operate MHE and RF scanners to fulfill customer orders and receive replenishments accurately.

Responsibilities include unloading, picking, staging, and loading, while maintaining safety and organization in a fast-paced environment. Prior DC experience and forklift certification are preferred, with an emphasis on reliability and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Forklift certification is preferred.
• Experience with RF scanners is preferred.
• Safety-minded approach to work is required.
• Prior distribution center experience is preferred.
• Experience with material handling equipment is preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older and have a valid driver's license.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and occasionally more.

Responsibilities

• Operate MHE safely and efficiently.
• Develop product knowledge for accurate fulfillment.
• Unload and put away product using RF scanners.
• Inspect inbound shipments for overs/shorts.
• Pick and stage products for orders.
• Load trucks and maintain warehouse organization.
• Assist in optimizing operations and customer service.
• Participate in cycle counts and inventory as required.
• Maintain a clean work area and follow OSHA rules.
• Perform any other tasks as assigned by supervision.
