TBC Corporation is hiring a Warehouse Associate for our Distribution Center in the Bloomingdale, IL area. The role focuses on efficient order fulfillment and accurate receipt of replenishment products.

Starting pay is $19.00–$21.00 per hour, with potential for experience-based increases. You will operate MHE, use RF scanners, unload, pick, stage, and load merchandise, and maintain a safe, organized warehouse.

Qualifications

• Experience with RF scanners preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repetitively and occasionally more.

Responsibilities

• Operate MHE in a safe and efficient manner.
• Unload, put-away, pick, and stage product using RF technology.
• Load trucks and maintain organized warehouse areas.
• Support inventory and sanitation processes as required.
• Adhere to all laws and company policies.
