Job summary

TBC Corporation is seeking a DC Associate to join our Aurora, CO distribution team. You will perform warehouse tasks including RF scanning, unloading, stocking, picking, and loading shipments to fulfill orders efficiently and accurately.

The role requires a safety-first mentality, physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a valid driver’s license. Experience in DC operations and with MHE is preferred.

Qualifications

• Forklift certification preferred.
• Experience with RF scanners preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repetitively.

Responsibilities

• Operate MHE safely and efficiently.
• Unload and put-away product with RF technology.
• Pick and stage products for distribution.
• Load trucks and maintain warehouse organization.
• Support operations and customer service goals.
• Participate in cycle counts and inventory checks.
• Maintain a clean, compliant work area.
