Job summary

Blain's Farm & Fleet is seeking a Warehouse Associate to assist with receiving, stocking, and moving merchandise within our Illinois distribution environment. The role includes operating a forklift, staging goods for the sales floor, and helping customers or internal teams as needed.

Responsibilities include unloading freight, moving items to designated areas, loading vehicles, and maintaining safety and loss-prevention standards.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication abilities.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Able to work evenings and weekends.
• Able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Unload incoming products from trailers in the dock area.
• Move freight to the staging area and onto sales floors as needed.
• Operate a forklift to handle palletized goods.
• Move and fill palletized products to various departments.
• Transfer products from pallet to pallet for organization.
• Load product into customers' vehicles when required.
• Assist in other departments as assigned.
• Follow Loss Prevention and safety policies and procedures.
