Blain's Farm & Fleet is hiring a Warehouse Associate in Bourbonnais, IL. The role involves unloading freight, moving stock to sales floors, and supporting multiple departments. You’ll use a forklift and collaborate with teams to maintain safe, efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and customer focus.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Willingness to work evenings and at least every other weekend.
• Must pass a background check.
• Ability to operate a forklift when required.

Responsibilities

• Unload incoming products from trailers in the dock area.
• Move freight to the staging area.
• Operate a forklift to handle pallets.
• Move/fill palletized products to various departments.
• Transfer products from pallet to pallet.
• Load product into customers' vehicles.
• Assist in other departments as needed.
• Follow Loss Prevention and safety policies and procedures.
