Job summary

Blain’s Farm & Fleet is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support inbound freight, ensure products reach the sales floor, and assist across departments. The role requires ability to unload trailers, move freight to staging, and operate a forklift in a fast-paced retail warehouse environment.

Evening shifts and weekend work may be required. Candidates should pass a background check. The position offers a comprehensive benefits package and competitive pay based on experience.

Qualifications

• Great communication skills.
• Prior Retail experience preferred.
• Able to work evenings when needed and at least every other weekend.
• Able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Unload incoming products from trailers in the dock area.
• Move freight to the staging area.
• Use a forklift.
• Move/fill palletized products to various departments.
• Transfer products from pallet to pallet.
• Load product into customer’s vehicles.
• Help in other departments as assigned.
• Demonstrate awareness and compliance with Loss Prevention and safety policies and procedures.
