Job summary

Blain’s Farm & Fleet is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Sycamore, IL to support inbound freight, ensure timely movement to the sales floor, and assist multiple departments. You’ll use a forklift and help load products into customers’ vehicles, with emphasis on safety and loss prevention.

The position offers a comprehensive benefits package after 91 days, weekend premium pay, base wages up to $16.00/hr, a 401(k) with company match, and employee discounts on major brands, plus ongoing leadership

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with customers.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.
• Must be able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Unload incoming products from trailers in the dock area.
• Move freight to the staging area.
• Operate a forklift.
• Move and stock palletized products to departments.
• Transfer products from pallet to pallet.
• Load product into customers’ vehicles.
• Assist in other departments as assigned.
• Follow Loss Prevention and safety policies.
