Job summary

OnTrac in Reno, NV is hiring a warehouse associate for a temporary seasonal role. Earn $19.50 per hour with weekly pay and an extra $1/hr on weekends, plus a $500 seasonal bonus.

The schedule runs Monday–Friday, 10:30 AM–7:00 PM, from 10/27/2026 to 01/01/2027, with potential for permanent opportunities based on need and performance. You will unload, sort, and load packages up to 30–50 pounds, stand and walk for long periods, and operate in varying warehouse temperatures.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old
• Be authorized to work in the United States
• Be dependable and available for your scheduled shift, including weekends or holidays when needed
• Be able to meet pre-employment requirements, including a background check where permitted by law
• Ability to perform repeated physical tasks, including lifting 30-50 lb packages and standing/walking for extended periods

Responsibilities

• Safely unload, sort, move, and load packages weighing up to 30-50 pounds independently throughout your shift
• Participate in team lifts for packages weighing up to 50 pounds
• Stand and/or walk for extended periods during your scheduled shift
• Frequently bend, twist, reach, push, pull, and squat while handling packages
• Work in hot or cold environments as temperature control capabilities may be limited in the warehouse environment
• Keep your workspace organized and ready for action
• Help packages reach their next destination safely and on time

This role is eligible for overtime pay consistent with applicable law.

Shift: Monday - Friday 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM

Hours may vary based on business needs. "End of Sort" is defined as the completion of all required sort work for the day and clean-up activities, as directed by site management.

• No previous warehouse experience required. We'll provide the training you need to succeed.
