Job summary

OnTrac is seeking seasonal warehouse staff in Reno, NV for weekend shifts (Saturday–Sunday 10:30 AM–7:00 PM). The role offers $19.50/hour with weekly pay and a $500 seasonal bonus through 01/01/2027. Overtime may apply, and training is provided.

Tasks include unloading, sorting, and loading packages up to 50 lb in a warehouse setting. Seasonal duration 10/27/2026 to 01/01/2027 with opportunities beyond the season; benefits include paid sick leave and extra pay on holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Dependable and available for scheduled shifts, including weekends or holidays.
• Able to meet pre-employment requirements, including a background check where permitted by law.
• Able to repeatedly lift packages as described and perform repetitive physical tasks.
• Work in varying warehouse temperatures.
• No previous warehouse experience required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Unload, sort, move, and load packages weighing up to 30–50 pounds independently during the shift.
• Participate in team lifts for packages up to 50 pounds.
• Stand and/or walk for extended periods during the shift.
• Frequently bend, twist, reach, push, pull, and squat while handling packages.
• Work in hot or cold environments where temperature control may be limited.
• Keep the workspace organized and ready for action.
• Help packages reach their next destination safely and on time.

Pay: $19.50/hour (WEEKLY Pay). Make an Extra $1/hr on Saturday and Sunday!

This role is eligible for overtime pay consistent with applicable law.

Shift: Saturday – Sunday 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM

Hours may vary based on business needs. “End of Sort” is defined as the completion of all required sort work for the day and clean-up activities, as directed by site management.

THE JOB: YOUR PAID WORKOUT

• Safely unload, sort, move, and load packages weighing up to 30–50 pounds independently throughout your shift

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

• Be at least 18 years old

• Be able to meet applicable pre-employment requirements, including a background check where permitted by law
• Ability to perform the following tasks, with or without reasonable accommodation:
• Repeatedly lift packages as described above
• Stand, walk, bend, lift, reach, and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Work in varying warehouse temperatures.
• Work scheduled shifts, including overtime when business needs require.
• No previous warehouse experience required. We’ll provide the training you need to succeed.
