Job summary

Floor & Decor is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our Raleigh store team. You will compile orders, restock merchandise, and assist customers in-store or to their vehicles, while operating a forklift and maintaining safety standards.

The role offers both full-time and part-time positions with opportunities for growth, competitive base pay starting at $15 per hour, and a focus on teamwork and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Knowledge of basic math skills.
• Warehouse experience.
• Customer service experience.
• Experience with heavy machinery, forklifts, or farm equipment preferred but not required.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work well under pressure.
• Completion of forklift certifications through F&D.
• Where permissible by state law, certification to use heavy equipment requires successful passing of a drug test.

• Be available to assist in other areas of the store as needed.
