Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking a warehouse associate to compile orders, replenish merchandise, and service customers both on the floor and at customer vehicles. The role includes forklift operation, inventory checks, and adherence to safety standards in a fast-paced retail environment.

Full-Time and Part-Time positions are available. Candidates should be friendly, organized, and able to work well with others while maintaining accuracy and high service levels.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Warehouse and customer service experience.
• Forklift certifications required where permitted by state law.
• Ability to lift 30–60 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Compile orders and replenish merchandise.
• Operate forklift and move merchandise to sales floor or customer vehicles.
• Restock show floor to company standards for easy shopping.
• Assist customers and answer questions to provide above-average service.
• Keep work area clean and safe and follow safety processes.
• Load out customers with the correct product and organize shelves.
