Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support order fulfillment, merchandise replenishment, and customer assistance in a fast-paced retail warehouse environment. You will operate a forklift, restock the floor, and help customers locate products while maintaining safety and accuracy.

Full-Time and Part-Time positions are available. Base pay starts at $15.10 per hour with higher starting pay based on experience.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Knowledge of basic math skills.
• Warehouse experience.
• Customer service experience.
• Experience with heavy machinery, forklifts, or farm equipment preferred but not required.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work well under pressure.
• Completion of forklift certifications through F&D.
• Where permissible by state law, certification to use heavy equipment requires passing a drug test.
