Job summary

Floor & Decor in Florence, SC is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our store team. You will compile orders, restock merchandise, and assist customers on the showroom floor or at their vehicle, while operating a forklift and maintaining safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Knowledge of basic math skills.
• Warehouse experience.
• Customer service experience.
• Experience with heavy machinery, forklifts, or farm equipment preferred but not required.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work well under pressure.
• Completion of forklift certifications through F&D.
• Certification to use heavy equipment may be required after drug test where permitted by state law.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate and understand compliance with the company’s safety processes.
• Work in a fast-paced environment with accuracy.
• Provide above and beyond customer service and exceed customer expectations.
• Restock our show floor with product.
• Organize merchandise to company standards for easy shopping.
• Load out customers with the correct product.
• Help customers find products and answer questions.
• Be available to assist in other areas of the store as needed.
• Keep work area clean and safe.
