OnTrac is hiring seasonal Package Handlers in Lebanon, TN. Earn a $0.00 seasonal bonus and a weekend shift incentive while working a typically 11.5-hour shift from 1:30 PM to 12:00 AM. This seasonal full-time role offers overtime where required and training to get you started.

You will help unload, sort, move, and load packages, with on-the-job training provided. Candidates must be 18+, authorized to work in the U.S., and able to work weekends or holidays as needed.

Earn a $500 Seasonal Bonus!*

Location: 2500 Marty Robbins Drive., Bldg 10, Lebanon, TN 37090

Pay: $19.50

Incentive Pay: Your current hourly rate of pay plus an additional $1.00 per hour weekend shift Incentive! (Friday-Sunday)

This role is eligible for overtime pay consistent with applicable law.

Employment Type: Seasonal Full-Time

Shift: Monday–Thursday or Friday - Sunday | 1:30 PM start 12AM finish

Typical Shift Length: Approximately 11.5 hours

End times may vary based on package volume and business needs.

Season Duration*: 10/27/26 to 01/01/27

The Job: Your Paid Workout

This is an active, hands-on job where you'll work alongside your team to keep thousands of packages moving toward their next destination.

During your shift, you'll:

• Safely unload, sort, move and load packages weighing up to 30-50 pounds independently
• Participate in team lifts for packages weighing up to 50 pounds
• Keep packages organized and moving safely and efficiently
• Keep your work area organized and ready for action
• Work as part of a team to help packages reach their next destination safely and on time

What You'll Need

To join our team, you'll need to:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Be authorized to work in the United States
• Be dependable and available for your scheduled shift, including weekends or holidays when needed
• Meet applicable pre-employment requirements, including a background check where permitted by law
• Be able to work scheduled shifts, including overtime when business needs require

Physical Requirements

This is an active warehouse role. With or without reasonable accommodation, you must be able to:

• Repeatedly lift packages as described above
• Stand and/or walk for extended periods during your scheduled shift
• Frequently bend, twist, reach, push, pull and squat while handling packages
• Perform repetitive physical tasks throughout your shift
• Work in hot or cold environments, as temperature control capabilities may be limited in the warehouse environment

Premium Holiday Pay

• Premium pay for hours worked on New Year's Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day
