OnTrac is seeking Seasonal Package Handler staff in Knoxville, TN to help move thousands of packages during the holiday season. Earn $16.00 per hour with weekly pay, a seasonal bonus, and flexible shift options.

No prior warehouse experience is required as training is provided. This active warehouse role involves unloading, sorting, and loading packages, teamwork for heavier items, and maintaining an organized workspace.

Earn a $500 Seasonal Bonus!*

Location: 10738 Dutchtown Rd, Suite A, Knoxville, TN 37932

Pay: $16.00

This role is eligible for overtime pay consistent with applicable law.

Employment Type: Seasonal Part-Time

Shift: 5 days on 2 days off | 4AM start 8AM finish Typical Shift Length: Approximately 4 hours End times may vary based on package volume and business needs.

Season Duration*: 10/27/26 to 01/01/27

What You’ll Need

To join our team, you’ll need to:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Be authorized to work in the United States
• Be dependable and available for your scheduled shift, including weekends or holidays when needed
• Meet applicable pre-employment requirements, including a background check where permitted by law
• Be able to work scheduled shifts, including overtime when business needs require

Physical Requirements

This is an active warehouse role. With or without reasonable accommodation, you must be able to:

• Repeatedly lift packages as described above
• Stand and/or walk for extended periods during your scheduled shift
• Frequently bend, twist, reach, push, pull and squat while handling packages
• Perform repetitive physical tasks throughout your shift
• Work in hot or cold environments, as temperature control capabilities may be limited in the warehouse environment

Premium Holiday Pay

• Premium pay for hours worked on New Year’s Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day
